The Stone Temple Posers had a blast rockin Melody Mountain Farm’s first-ever Tibutepalooza last Saturday. Thanks to Dan Blaise for organizing the event and inviting us, Brenda, John, and the rest of the MMF staff for their hospitality, Don and his crew for running sound, and the fans that rocked along with us in the summer heat and passing shower. The other bands rocked it too, including the Killer Teens, Jagged Little Thrill, Social Destruction, Street Survivors, and PWR/ACE. Our next show is October 18 at the Nest in Plaistow, NH with Whatsername.

The Stone Temple Posers are a STP Tribute band based out of Plaistow, New Hampshire, and this is our official website. Please visit our Facebook page and "like/follow" us and/or join our email list for monthly emails with updates and exclusive content. We play 100% pure STP! Although we have enough material to play a whole night, we often will share the night with one or more other great local tribute/original/cover bands. For smaller and more intimate venues, we can perform a whole unplugged acoustic set of STP. So if you are a venue in New England, contact us; if you are a fan, come see us. Tributepalooza July 6!
The Stone Temple Posers want to thank all the Plaistownians and STP fans who came out this past Wednesday night to kick off the town’s Summer Music Series at the town common. We had a great time playing some stripped-down STP for ya all on such a splendid evening. Thanks to Tom for running sound and of course the town of Plaistow for inviting us back. Our next show is Tributepalooza in Warren NH on July 6 with four other tribute bands including: PWR/ACE (AC/DC tribute), Street Survivors (Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute), Social Distortion (Social Destruction tribute), Jagged Little Thrill (Alanis Morrissette tribute). $35 per person (includes overnight camping). Location: Melody Mountain Farm and right on a well-known off-road trail that takes you back to the rocket. Food vendors. No animals, pets, fireworks, or glass bottles. We go on at 2:30 so get there early.

Thanks to Song Garden for the invite, the venue for their hospitality, Will for running sound, and all the 90s music fans that rocked with us. Our next show is Wednesday June 26. We will be kicking off the Plaistow summer music series on the town common (weather permitting).

Fantastic night at Wally’s last night lighting up the stage for all you Hamptonians! We had a great time and want to thank Wally’s and Heartless for the opportunity to play on Ashworth Ave once again. Wally’s sound and light crew are the best. Thanks to all the new and old fans for making the night a blast, Mike B for sharing his drums, and Jeff for sharing his fan. Had a good time in Dover NH on May 4 celebrating Star Wars Day and our debut at the Strand. Thanks to the Strand for having us, the great guys in Wicked Grunge for warming things up for us plus the Star Wars jokes, Jack for running sound, and of course all of the STP and grunge fans that came out to support live music. Our next show is Friday May 17 at Wally’s in Hampton NH. We will be returning to this fun room opening for Heartless (Heart tribute).
